At LAAGAM, we want you to love your pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
